Hotel Marisa

Employees of the hotel were so kind to us. Especially Rachel(receptionist) and a smiley guy❤️ at breakfast(dont know his name). She was trying to order a taxi for us because we couldnt reach to any of them. (Thank you) She really helped us. 😊 Very nice room. Everything was clean. We had a balcony that was awesome.

My recent stay at Excellent Hotel Marisa in Rome was truly unforgettable, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by the entire team. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the boys at the reception who made check-in a breeze. Their professionalism, helpfulness, and friendly demeanor set the tone for a wonderful stay.The waitstaff at the hotel restaurant were equally impressive. Each breakfast was a delightful experience, not just because of the delicious food, but also due to the attentive and courteous service. They ensured that every food experience was pleasant and accommodating to all my needs.A special mention must go to Rute from the reception. Rute went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Her genuine warmth, attention to detail, and willingness to assist with any request made a significant difference. Whether it was providing local recommendations, or simply offering a friendly smile, Rute's exceptional service stood out and truly enhanced my visit.Excellent Hotel Marisa lives up to its name, not just in terms of its amenities and location, but also through the remarkable team that makes it such a welcoming place. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome and look forward to returning in the future.

What stood out the most was definitely the way the staff treated us - everyone was so sweet and welcoming. Specially Rachel, Giulio and Lance. They were extremely attentive and nice. Giulio always made us cappuccinos with hearts on them at breakfast and was always very attentive and ready to help, extremely nice and funny. Rachel always greeted us with a smile and was really sweet to my grandma. She also always tried to speak in our language, Portuguese, which I think is very nice. We were three people sharing a room and it was very spacious, the beds were really comfortable and the bathroom was small but has everything we needed. It was right across the street from Termini station which made getting around Rome super quick and easy.

Location and staff. I was pleased to have responsive and communicative reasonable people at the front desk.

Fantastic location. Four minutes walk from Roma termini station. Ten min walk to the hop on/off bus to move around the city and go to main attractions. Supermarket right opposite. We had a small fridge on the room. Room super spacious, clean, comfortable bed. Shower nice and good power. Good wifi. Good check out time at 11am, and because they are so close to the termini, we were able to leave the luggage there all day and came back just to walk to the station. Location is just fab. The staff were super attentive, nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was more than adequate. No hot options, but on balance it was good, as little alternative to go anywhere to get breakfast, so a real bonus. Overall, very good value for money.
